Task, Issue, Contact and Discussion objects

In addition to Documents, users can create and manage Tasks, Issues, Contacts and Discussions. These objects provide a feature rich environment for collaborative projects.

Comprehensive security

Pasidium provides a "roles and permissions" security system to control access throughout the entire site. In addition, the unique authentication system allows you to seamlessly integrate local network users with external users in an integrated environment.

User profiles & preferences

Users can configure a personal information profile that is available to other users via search and collaboration components. In addition, users can configure personal preferences such as date formats, time zone offset and colour scheme.

Subscriptions and Notifications

The Subscription and Notification service allows users to subscribe to specific content areas in the site or to be placed on notify lists for more formal content. The acknowledgements feature of notifications can be used to ensure users have both received and acknowledged new or revised content.
